A closer look at property age reveals that older apartments (over 5 years old) recorded the highest growth at 8.5%, while new apartments (up to 5 years old) rose by 6.6%. Looking at longer-term trends, apartment prices have been rising consistently since 2023, when the national average increase was 13.9%. This gradual moderation in growth reflects a maturing market, balancing strong demand with increasing supply and ongoing urban development projects.
